WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?

When the skin is hydrated, the cells essentially “plump-up” to help improve the flow of nutrients into and out of the cell. This incudes those wonderful free radical scavengers like Vitamins A, C and E. Hyaluronic acid also increases the amount of Vitamin A in the skin to promote collagen synthesis and cell regeneration to promote stronger, firmer skin.

WHO’S A CANDIDATE?

Most everyone will benefit from the hydration and antioxidants in Rest-N-Restore : Acne, Anti-Aging, Sensitive Skin… Add to any regimen for a hydration boost and improve retention of any daily moisturizer. Apply the gel before your daily or evening moisturizer.

Without Rest-N-Restore your skin is more susceptible to dryness, dehydration and premature aging in the winter months. Prevention of dry skin is critical because it can lead to increased sensitivity to topical products, dermatitis and damage your skin’s integrity to defend against microorganisms. Simply use Rest-N-Restore 1 to 3 times daily depending on your skin’s need for hydration or moisture.

In your daily regimen, avoid using soaps or cleansers with harsh detergents. These may strip the skin of essential moisture and disrupt the pH balance. Over cleansing may also be a culprit to dry skin. If your skin is normal to dry, wash your face in the evening only to help remove dirt and other impurities apply Rest-N-Restore and finish with evening moisturizer.

WHY MICRODERMABRASION OR ULTRASONIC EXFOLIATION AS YOUR FACIAL HIGHLIGHT?

Any solar damaged skin can reveal the prevalence of dehydration, especially around the mouth, cheeks and eye area.  Visible fine lines, discoloration, broken capillaries and skin thickening are typical signs of skin aging due to over exposure and lack of moisture.
