Illumina Skin Solutions is a Professional Skin Center, established in Anthem, Arizona since August 2008. Our environment is peaceful and inviting with a staff ready to accommodate your personal care needs. Our menu of services can accommodate most skin care needs including pre-post clinical care, facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels and much more. Illumina offers retail products for home care and gift cards for all occassions. These items may also be purchased online, click our Shop Online tab to begin. Consultations for medical procedures such as Botox & fillers are available through The Center For Oral & Facial Surgery at Anthem; click on the Logo Photo for more information on Dr. Dorfman's medical services such as eyelifts, facelifts, browlifts and more.
Please come visit us at our new location and also meet Dr. Dorfman and his team. We are very excited about our new environment and the additional care you can receive under one roof. We know that you will enjoy it too!
CANCELLATIONS & “NO SHOWS”: We kindly request that cancellations or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Please note, that if you do not show up & fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at lease 24 hours in advance, you may be charged 50% of the full value of the missed appointment. We will require a credit card be held when booking your next appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
FOR YOUR COMFORT: We invite you to discuss any special needs when making your reservation. In addition, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist regarding room temperature, neck and back adjustment.
FOR YOUR SAFETY: When making your reservation, please let us know if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, a heart ailment and/or any other condition that would affect your choice of services.
GIFT CARDS: Illumina Skin Solutions Gift Cards are perfect for holidays, thank you gifts and other special occasions. They can be purchased (for any treatment or dollar amount) at the spa or by phone. Gift Card must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and we do recognize gift card expiration dates.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY: All product purchases are final, no exceptions.
GRATUITIES: Gratuities are not included in the treatment price and are left to individual discretion.
PRIVACY: If you are having a facial treatment you will be provided a spa wrap to wear. During your treatment, undergarments are not necessary, but you may wear them if you prefer. Please note that our therapists are professionally trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout your treatment.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior and/or health-sanitation concerns. We request that for your protection, other client protection and technician protection, that appropriate hygienic measures are taken before arriving for your appointment. Again, to protect the health & safety of others, if you are experiencing possible contagious virus, cough, cold or open sores we request that you call to reschedule your appointment at a more appropriate time.
