ARRIVAL TIME: If you are a first time client we suggest you arrive 10 minutes
prior to your appointment time to complete a consultation form. This form is
necessary to evaluate your skin care needs and provide the most appropriate care possible.
CANCELLATIONS & “NO SHOWS”: We kindly request that cancellations
or changes be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.
Please note that, if you do not show up or fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance,
you may be charged 50% of the full value of the missed appointment.
FOR YOUR COMFORT: We invite you to discuss any special needs when making
your reservation. In addition, we encourage you to communicate with your therapist
regarding room temperature, pressure and technique.
FOR YOUR SAFETY: When making your reservation, please let us know if you
are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, a heart ailment and/or any other condition that would affect your choice
of services.
GIFT CARDS: Illumina Skin Solutions Gift Cards are perfect for holidays,
thank you gifts and other special occasions. They can be purchased (for any treatment
or dollar amount) at the spa or by phone. Gift Card must be presented at the
time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash. The spa is not responsible for
lost or stolen cards.
GRATUITIES: Gratuities are not included in the treatment price and are
left to individual discretion.
PRIVACY: If you are having a facial treatment you will be provided a spa
wrap to wear. During your treatment, undergarments are not necessary, but you
may wear them if you prefer. Please note that our therapists are professionally
trained in proper draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort throughout your treatment.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying
inappropriate behavior and/or health-sanitation concerns. We request that for
your protection, other client protection and technician protection, that appropriate hygienic measures are taken before arriving
for your appointment. Again, to protect the health & safety of others, if
you are experiencing possible contagious virus, cough, cold or open sores we request that you call to reschedule your appointment
at a more appropriate time.
